Health & Wellness Team

Our Mission is to provide a Christ-centered "healing and wellness presence to our parishioners through a ministry of preventative health care, health education, and spiritual support.  Our team meets four times a year on the second Tuesday of the month starting in September and ending in May.  We sponsor an annual “Health Series” during Lent.

 

 

Faith Community Nurses

In faith community nursing, clients work with specially trained nurses who integrate spiritual care with health care to create a more holistic healing experience. Faith community nursing plays a role in the broader dimension of congregational ministries by bringing a registered nurse to the ministry team. This provides a unique blend of nursing and ministry.
